It rains hard in Thailand. Here is where every drop goes — no pumps needed:
Rain falls on the yard.
The pad is crowned — each half sheds across the asphalt to its nearest perimeter channel (see the small arrows).
Caught by the grated U-channels (blue): north + south boundaries + the N–S connector just west of the entrance forecourt.
All channels gravity-fall west→east — the site drops 1.57 m that way (survey).
Buried crossings feed TWO square UNDERGROUND WATER BOXES (junction + silt trap + flap) sitting on the city drain line — box #1 north, box #2 south (red markers).
Engineer's scheme (13 Jul 2026) — the working plan; pending invert survey + sizing calc. Cyan = existing city drainage.
Ground tint: blue = low, red = high.
⚡ How the site is powered
PEA 3φ 400/230 V service on the entrance road → meter + MDB 160 A at the office (~70 kVA max demand).
DB-CUBES-E: Double Safe + MegaCube (mid-east) · 50 A.
DB-CUBES-SE: MegaCube + MediCube “MC11” + Mini Safe · 50 A.
12 × M1cc dehumidifier circuits (420 W each) off DB-CUBES-E via pod-roof conduit — the climate block sits right beside it.
Lighting: pod-roof masts along the two drives (A/B + C/D) only + office soffit ring — zero freestanding poles, nothing outside the fence.
Budget design intent — final sizing & stamp by the licensed EE (กว.). Amber dots = power flow.
